Kerry Chrysiliou: Kerry is a co-founder and managing principal of Chrysiliou IP. She is a Solicitor and a Patent and Trade Marks Attorney in Australia and New Zealand. A Bachelor of Science graduate (majoring in Chemistry and Biochemistry), she has specialised in mechanical and chemical patents and trade marks since 1969. Author of intellectual property presentations and articles in Australia and overseas, she is also a consultant in Chrysiliou Lawyers where she has acted in patent litigation matters before the Federal Court and Supreme Court. <back to staff>

Andros Chrysiliou: Andros is a co-founder of Chrysiliou IP.  He is a Bachelor of Laws graduate and a Trade Marks Attorney. Admitted as a Solicitor in Australia and Papua New Guinea, Andros is a consulting senior attorney to Chrysiliou IP and is the managing principal of Chrysiliou Lawyers, Solicitors, where he has acted in litigation matters pertaining to intellectual property, consumer protection and analogous areas. Lisa Wilson: Lisa is a graduate with Bachelor of Economics and Master of Laws Degrees. Lisa is a Solicitor who has specialised as a Trade Marks Attorney since 1989.  She practices in all areas related to trade mark law, with a sound basis in understanding business practices and the value in identifying and protecting intellectual property assets. <back to staff>

David Drew: David has a background of an expert  patent searcher and as a valued patent attorney, he handles the IP of several major national and international companies, but especially enjoys working with SMEs. Eric Ziehlke: Eric is an Intellectual Property Lawyer and a Master of Laws and Master of Commerce graduate. Eric’s specialty is all facets of trade mark law and practice, with an emphasis on marketing considerations. Michelle Gorton: Michelle is a graduate with a Bachelor of Laws degree. Michelle has specialised in Intellectual Property law since 1999, including two years experience in a medium boutique intellectual property firm in New York City and in two major law firms in Sydney. She practices in areas relating to intellectual property including trade marks, domain name disputes, piracy and counterfeit goods and copyright and has been involved in a number of large litigation cases involving intellectual property issues. <back to staff>

Gavin Doherty: Gavin is registered patent attorney with over 15 years experience in the handling and management of international patent applications from both a regulatory and business perspective.  With a background in Government examining and reporting on patent applications filed by national and international patent applicants.,  Gavin spent over 7 years applying this experience within industry, managing and developing the world renowned I.P. portfolios for some of Australia’s most innovative andsuccessful international companies, including Cochlear Limited, Orbital Engine Corporation, and Silverbrook Research. Gavin has spent the past 5 years representing the intellectual property interests of a variety of local and international clients before Australian and International patent offices.

Allen Chan: Allen graduated with a honours degree in Material Science and Engineering from Imperial College, The University of London in England. On completion of his master's degree in chemical and materials engineering at The University of Auckland, Allen began his IP career in 2000 with one of the major IP firms in New Zealand. He relocated to Sydney in 2003 to join a top-tier law firm. Allen commenced at Chrysiliou IP in 2007 and is a registered patent and trade marks attorney and senior associate in the firm's patent team.  Allen’s expertise is in materials science and engineering, with his practice including mechanical and chemical engineering, gaming technology, medical and dental devices, security and emergency equipment, manufacturing and packaging. Allen advises local and international clients on patent procurement, validity, infringements, design protection, trade mark protection, oppositions and portfolio management <back to staff>

Lincoln Chrysiliou: Lincoln is a qualified Trade Marks Attorney, with a property law qualification and background. He is also a licensed investigator. Lincoln speciality is in the piracy control and prevention field. Before he joined the Firm he was involved in major piracy programs, such as at major World sporting event venues and the detection of major brand counterfeit goods. <back to staff>
